Agents will now accumulate miles, either by entering the pin, when selling tickets to passengers, or by entering the frequent flyer member number, when making personal reservations.

Dear Travel Agent,

We inform you that from December 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025, all requests for Prepaid Extra Baggage (ABAG, BBAG and CBAG) and Excess Baggage (BULK) are suspended on flights from BOS to RAI, regardless of whether it is BOS-PDL-RAI or BOS-RAI, as well as on flights from BOS to TER.

In addition, baggage presented at check-in above the allowance stated on the passenger's ticket will only be accepted subject to operational availability.
