We inform you that, effective May 21, 2026 (ticketing on/after), SATA will discontinue the application of the fuel surcharge (YQ) on air travel subject to Public Service Obligations (PSO), specifically on the following routes:
- Lisbon-Horta-Lisbon
- Lisbon-Santa Maria-Lisbon
- Lisbon – Pico – Lisbon
- Ponta Delgada-Funchal-Ponta Delgada
Additionally, please be advised that, from the same date, the Lisbon-Santa Maria (LIS–SMA–LIS) route will be operated by TAP Air Portugal, under a codeshare agreement with Azores Airlines.
